These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on Viol Shop, our official online store.

 

1. Products

All our products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur.

 

2. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

3. Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or payment issue.

 

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Your payment information is encrypted and protected at all times.

 

5. Shipping

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product for any reason. Returns are free of charge. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. For more, see our Return Policy.

 

7. Liability

Vi-öl Shop shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the item purchased.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive french jurisdiction.
